Step 1: The Dough
We start with a traditional Dutch recipe using real butter, warm spices and just the right softness to make each waffle melt in your mouth. Slightly crisp on the outside, perfectly chewy inside.

The dough is hand-rolled and pressed in a hot stroopwafel iron until golden brown and beautifully patterned. We make every waffle ourselves, the artisan way.

Right after baking, each waffle is carefully sliced and filled with our warm signature stroop: a rich, buttery caramel syrup made with real vanilla and a hint of cinnamon.
